1. Information We Process
The app may process videos, filenames, export settings, purchase status, and basic app preferences on your device. Imported videos and exported files are handled locally unless you choose to share them through your device's sharing tools.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide video import, preview, resizing, safe-area guidance, export history, in-app purchase access, troubleshooting, and app improvement. We do not use your local videos to build advertising profiles.
3. Purchases and Platform Services
If you buy in-app items, Apple may process payment, transaction, and account information under Apple's own policies. We receive limited purchase status information needed to unlock app features.
4. Local Files and Sharing
Videos you import or export may remain on your device. If you share an exported file with another app, service, or person, that sharing is controlled by your choice and by the receiving service's policies.
5. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You choose which videos to import, which files to export, and whether to share exported files with other apps or services. You may delete local exports, preferences, or app data from your device, subject to iOS storage behavior and any App Store purchase records maintained by Apple.
6. Retention
Local preferences and export history remain on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or reset app data. Purchase records may be retained by Apple as required for transactions and support.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a local utility app. No app or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date.
